The Frontier Human Resources Association (FHRA) serves human resource professionals across Southeast Wyoming by providing opportunities for networking, education, and professional development. Our goal is to support HR practitioners at every stage of their careers with relevant resources, meaningful connections, and timely learning opportunities. As an affiliated chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), FHRA connects local professionals to national standards, best practices, and resources while addressing the unique workforce challenges of our region.

FHRA represents the Southeast Wyoming region, including Laramie, Torrington, Burns, Wheatland, Pine Bluffs, and Cheyenne.
